ABOUT Kathryn

High School Graduation, 2020

Kathryn Madigan hails from suburban Chicago and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams and study in The Ray Bolger Musical Theater Program at UCLA. She is the caboose in a family of athletes so it was a massive surprise when, at the age of eight, she declared her intent to be a musical theater kid. She has been acting, singing, and dancing ever since.

During her time at UCLA, Kathryn has appeared in multiple main-stage and student theater productions, assistant-directed two student films, and has been an active member of the all-female a cappella group, Random Voices. Additionally, Kathryn has had tremendous opportunities to contribute to the off-stage world of the industry while interning at Brave Artists Management in Los Angeles and managing the Front of House at Writers Theatre in Glencoe, Illinois.

When she is not performing, Kathryn loves to explore new restaurants with friends and engage in discussion of timely topics. Her favorite finds are hidden dessert spots, as she has the world's biggest sweet tooth. She also loves to go for leisurely runs outside, sail sunfish boats in Lake Michigan, ski with her brothers, and play board games. Friends know to watch out if you play with her, she will crush you!
